Academics


The academic year of the school starts from June.

Pre-Primary Section(Play group to SR.KG): English, Maths, GK, EVS,Drawing,Clay,Conversation etc.

Std: 1st to 12th Std (Commerce/Science) : English, Maths, Evs/ Science, S.S.,Hindi, Gujarati, Sanskrit, Computer, Drawing, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy and Statistics etc.

Emphasis is given on value development, Social-skills, Physical and

motor- skills, practical work through project, charts, model etc., co- curricular activities and activities based on Military-pattern.


OUR TEACHING METHODOLOGY

In Continuation to the above mentioned aims and objectives our special endeavours are:

To maintain high standard of education.

To pay individual attention to mould the pupils with courageous minds and soft hearts, to make each one good and intelligent.

To allow full scope for the development of personality so as to facilitate specialization through suitable creative work.

To provide training in leadership.

To inculcate dignity of labour.

To nurture a sense of civic, social and moral responsibility.

To introduce the literature, history and culture of our mother land.

CURRICULUM

        We follow GSEB which has replaced the traditional examination system with Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) system, which aims at identifying and nurturing the hidden talents of students.


     We also aim to pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education and to initiate and promote experimentation and innovations in education and to develop the spirit of Patriotism among the children.


       Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation caters to different learning styles and acknowledges different intelligences while aiming at assessing the holistic human individual. SVP aims at assessing the concept and content, attitude, skills, leadership and capacity to innovate. Such a comprehensive evaluation demands appropriate tools to assess, document and provide necessary evidence which are used to evaluate the growth of a student.
